These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Team Hustle Clothing website (www.teamhustleclothingnz.shop) and the supply of goods and services by Team Hustle Clothing, a brand under Team Hustle NZ Limited. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following Terms.

1. Business Entity

Team Hustle Clothing is a trading name of Team Hustle NZ Limited, a New Zealand registered company. All transactions, invoices, and receipts will be issued under Team Hustle NZ Limited.

2. Custom Orders

- All custom clothing orders must be discussed and confirmed prior to purchase.

- Once a custom order has been finalised and confirmed, no changes can be made.

- Payment must be received in full before any custom printing or production will commence.

- Turnaround times for custom orders vary and will be communicated during the order process.

3. Pre-Orders

- Pre-orders must be paid in full by the due date stated at the time the pre-order campaign is launched.

- Orders not paid by the deadline may be cancelled at Team Hustle Clothing’s discretion.

- Pre-order items are made to order and production times will be communicated at the time of ordering. Estimate 7-10 working days

- By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that you are committing to purchase the item once it's available.

4. Refunds and Returns Policy

Team Hustle Clothing operates a strict No Refunds or Returns Policy, in accordance with New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, except where required by law.

This means:

- No refunds or returns are accepted for change of mind, incorrect sizes, or custom designs.

- If a product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, we will work with you to replace the item or provide a store credit, as appropriate.

- You must contact us within 4 days of receiving your order for any concerns related to faults or issues.

5. Pricing and Payments

- All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.

- Team Hustle Clothing reserves the right to change prices without notice on various products depending on campaigns ran at the time.

- Payment methods accepted will be listed at checkout. All payments must be cleared before processing your order.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, and artwork used by Team Hustle Clothing are the intellectual property of Team Hustle NZ Limited or used with permission. You may not reproduce or use our content without written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Team Hustle NZ Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products. We will not be held responsible for delays caused by third parties (e.g. couriers or suppliers).

8. Amendments

Team Hustle Clothing reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
